We're hiring! A local company in the area is looking for a Customer Service Representative with call center or customer service experience and strong phone and problem-solving skills. If that sounds like you, we'd love to connect!

Schedule

  • Full time, Monday-Friday

What You Will Do:

  • Handle inbound calls and manage customer accounts
  • Schedule service and delivery orders
  • Coordinate with the operations team on scheduling
  • Process billing and payments
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department
  • Multi-task and follow up on daily tasks to ensure customer satisfaction

Required Skills:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years of in-office customer service experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong phone skills and professional communication, both written and verbal
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Must provide prior work references
  • Call center experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate
  • Experience with appointment routing a plus
