A leading landscape supply distributor in the Fletcher area is seeking a reliable Front End Loader Operator to join their yard team. This position is responsible for moving materials, loading customer vehicles, and helping maintain an organized and efficient yard.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate a front end loader to move and stage materials
• Load customer trucks, trailers, and delivery vehicles
• Maintain organization of yard materials and inventory
• Assist customers with product selection and loading
• Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance
• Support general yard and warehouse operations as needed
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

• Experience operating a front end loader or similar heavy equipment
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Comfortable lifting and staying active throughout the day
• Good customer service and communication skills
