Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Front End Loader Operator for a manufacturing facility in Hope, AR. This is a day shift position for someone with equipment experience who can work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate a front end loader in a safe and efficient manner
• Load, move, and transport raw materials or finished materials throughout the facility
• Supply production areas with needed materials
• Inspect equipment before and after use to ensure proper operation
• Perform basic routine maintenance and report mechanical issues promptly
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Follow all company safety procedures and operating guidelines
• Assist with other general labor or production duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous front end loader or heavy equipment experience preferred
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Ability to follow directions and work independently
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and perform physical job duties as needed
