About the Role
We are hiring Production Associates in Maryland Heights, MO to support day-to-day manufacturing operations across all shifts. This role involves working in a light industrial production environment performing assembly, packaging, and inspection tasks while meeting quality and productivity standards.

What You'll Be Doing

• Perform production and assembly tasks according to work instructions
• Package, label, and prepare finished products for distribution
• Inspect parts and products to ensure quality standards are met
• Operate basic production equipment used in manufacturing environments
• Maintain accurate production counts and communicate issues to supervision
