About the Role
We are hiring Shipping & Receiving Associates in O’Fallon, MO to support warehouse and distribution operations across all shifts. This role focuses on handling incoming and outgoing materials, verifying shipments, and supporting daily warehouse flow in a fast-paced industrial environment.

What You'll Be Doing
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against paperwork
- Prepare, stage, and process outgoing orders for shipment
- Use shipping and receiving systems to track inventory movement
- Operate warehouse equipment commonly used in shipping and receiving operations
- Maintain accurate records and support overall warehouse organization
To Be Considered, You Must Meet the Following:
- Direct experience in shipping and receiving
- Recent experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment
- Experience verifying shipments, packing orders, and handling inventory
- Ability to follow written work instructions and standard procedures
- Reliable attendance and ability to work any assigned shift
