About the Role
We are hiring Assembly Associates in Wentzville, MO to support high-volume manufacturing and production operations across all shifts. In this role, you’ll assemble, package, and inspect products while following work instructions and quality standards in a fast-paced light industrial environment.
What We Offer
Pay: $16–$18 per hour
Shift: All shifts available (1st, 2nd, and 3rd)
Weekly pay
Temp-to-hire potential based on performance

What You'll Be Doing
- Perform assembly and production tasks following standard work instructions
- Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment or staging
- Inspect parts and finished goods to meet quality standards
- Operate basic production/assembly tools and equipment as assigned
- Keep accurate production counts and communicate issues to the lead or supervisor
To Be Considered, You Must Meet the Following:
- Direct experience in the specific role you are applying for
- Recent assembly experience in a manufacturing or light industrial environment
- Experience following written work instructions, quality standards, and production processes
- Reliable attendance and ability to work any shift (days, evenings, or nights)
- Ability to maintain consistent output in a fast-paced production setting
