Now hiring for a 3rd shift Oven Operator with a plastics manufacturing company in Middlebury. This role involves working with molds, resin, and rotating oven equipment to help produce plastic parts, primarily for the RV industry.

 

Shift:
3rd Shift: 10:30 PM – 6:00 AM, Monday–Friday
Training on 1st Shift for the first week: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday–Friday

 

Job Duties:

• Pull plastic parts from molds after oven and cooling cycles
• Pour the correct amount of plastic powder/resin into molds
• Clamp molds together and secure them to rotating arms
• Apply mold release and help cycle equipment properly
• Inspect parts and help identify quality issues as needed

This is a hands-on manufacturing role that requires attention to detail and the ability to keep up in a production environment.
