Fabrication Welder – Entry Level
Location: Mesa, AZ
Pay: $25/hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

We are currently hiring a Fabrication Welder for a busy manufacturing facility in Mesa, AZ. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get their foot in the door and grow with a company long-term. Position is immediate start and offers room for advancement.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on metal components
• Assist with custom fabrication projects
• Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
• Support general yard duties including cleanup and organization
• Load and unload materials and trucks
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

• Basic experience in metal fabrication (entry-level candidates encouraged)
• Experience or exposure to MIG and/or TIG welding
• Ability to read blueprints (preferred but can be trained)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for an 8-hour shift
• Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn
