Shipping and Receiving Clerk Job Summary: An expanding foam fabrication company is looking for an experienced Material Handler to join their team! This job has career growth opportunities, competitive pay, and benefits!

Shipping and Receiving Clerk Responsibilities:

• Unload and manage incoming raw materials, verifying counts, packing slips, and condition upon delivery

• Ensure accurate shipping notices, bills of lading, and order records to meet receiving schedules

• Move raw materials, components, in-process, and finished products throughout the facility using hi-lo, pallet jack, carts, and other tools

• Efficiently load and unload trucks using equipment or by hand

• Pack products in proper quantities and containers according to specifications

• Examine and inspect materials and products to ensure quality specifications are met

• Ensure accurate labeling and product count on outgoing products

• Complete necessary inventory counts and maintain proper documentation

• Report finished goods production (labels) in ERP system.
• Process and submit Advance Ship Notices

Schedule & Pay:

• 1st shift 6:00am-2:00pm Monday-Friday with potential of OT on Saturdays
• $20.00/HR DOE

Shipping and Receiving Clerk Qualifications:

• Current hi-lo/forklift license required, or ability to obtain and maintain certification as a condition of employment.
• Basic proficiency with computers, email, and office productivity software, including word processing and spreadsheet tools.
• Ability to lift over 50 pounds
