Position Overview

We are currently hiring for a Pallet Repair / Pallet Builder to join our team at the Target Warehouse in Woodland (Pallet Department). This is a full-time overnight position working with recycled materials to build and repair wooden pallets in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Job Duties

• Build wooden pallets using recycled materials, deconstructed pallets, and/or lumber
• Repair damaged pallets and restore them to service-ready condition
• Sort and separate pallets by grade and condition
• Identify damaged pallets and determine appropriate repair methods
• Consolidate and prepare pallets for shipment

Note: Candidates will be required to work at least one weekend as needed.

Responsibilities & Expectations

• Wear safety-toe boots at all times (additional PPE provided)
• Follow all safety rules and regulations
• Maintain quality and production standards
• Work efficiently with attention to detail
• Operate tools such as nail guns (experience preferred but not required)

Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, and pull wooden pallets regularly
• Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to work with speed and accuracy
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to follow written, verbal, and diagram instructions
• Problem-solving skills in a hands-on work environment
• Clean background (no theft or violence within the last 7 years)
• Must pass a urine drug screen
• Carpentry, construction, or power tool experience required
