Position: Service Dispatcher

Pay: $23/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Location: Flathead Valley

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, schedule, coordinate, and direct daily maintenance technician routes and labor hours
  • Communicate status updates with customers, technicians, service managers, office staff, and sales teams
  • Answer phones, route calls, greet customers, schedule appointments, and assist with general office tasks
  • Assign personnel based on skill set, availability, and job requirements
  • Handle customer interactions, including billing questions and invoice inquiries
  • File customer invoices, contracts, and documentation
  • Review open call reports and ensure timely completion of service work
  • Process paperwork, close service calls, and forward documents to appropriate staff
  • Create and bill customer invoices for completed work
  • Maintain service contracts and warranty databases
  • Enter and post maintenance invoices into billing software

Experience
