We are hiring for a Part-time Admin Assistant to help with our busy and fast-paced business. The primary responsibility for this role would be creating and maintaining client proposals. This includes structuring information clearly for clients, outlining floral items with descriptions, aesthetic details, quantities, and pricing. While this is a skill that can be learned, prior experience with proposals, event production, or design-related documentation would be a big plus. This position is hybrid with remote work and 1-2 days in the studio. This is a great opportunity for someone to grow with the company and become part of an exciting team! Additional responsibilities would include: • Managing and following up on client communication (email primarily, occasional phone calls) • Ensuring responses are sent within 24 hours • Updating proposals as client feedback or changes come in and maintaining version control • Reporting updates daily • Assisting with invoices and light follow-up on payments (minimal) • Occasionally being present for walkthroughs, meetings, or event setups as needed
Requirements:
Salary: $25-$30/hr.
Schedule: hybrid with few days from home and few days on site
