Train, mentor, and evaluate employees to improve performance and skill development
Enforce workplace safety standards in compliance with OSHA regulations
Monitor workflow, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements
Conduct quality inspections and resolve production or equipment issues
Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and management teams
Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper use of materials and equipment
Prepare reports on production performance, staffing, and operational metrics
High school diploma or GED required (technical training or certification preferred)
3–5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
1–2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
Strong knowledge of electrical assembly, wiring, soldering, and switchboard systems
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Strong understanding of safety regulations and manufacturing best practices
Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement processes
Familiarity with ERP systems or production tracking software
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Forklift certification (a plus)
Manufacturing/production floor setting
Exposure to machinery, tools, and moderate noise levels
Requires standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and manual dexterity
