Position Summary

  • Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and management teams

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment

  • 1–2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience

  • Strong knowledge of electrical assembly, wiring, soldering, and switchboard systems

  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Strong understanding of safety regulations and manufacturing best practices
