Salary: $21 per hour

Our Ajax client, a wholesale supplier of automatic door parts, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their growing team!

Responsibilities:

• First point of contact for customers: handle high volume of phone and email inquiries
• Screen and direct phone calls to appropriate departments
• Prepare and provide quotes to customers and process purchase orders
• Greet and handle walk-in customers with their needs
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints
• Fulfill customer orders, coordinate with suppliers, and manage warranty returns
• Enter and update customer information in Microsoft Dyanmics
• Handle incoming mail, invoices, and billing documentation
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

• 2 years of Customer Service experience
• 2 years of Data Entry experience
• Proficient using Microsoft Dyanmics
• Proficient using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience in Distribution and Supplier Industry (asset)
• Positive attitude, team player and reliable
• Team player that can work under minimal supervision

Compensation and Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 4:30pm
• Pay Rate: $21 per hour
