The Furniture Assembler is responsible for assembling, installing, and inspecting a wide range of furniture products commercial clients. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to read and follow assembly instructions, diagrams, and technical manuals. The assembler ensures all products are built safely, correctly, and efficiently while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
•     Assemble furniture including beds, dressers, tables, chairs, office desks, cabinets, and modular systems.
•     Read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and schematics.
•     Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
•     Inspect parts for defects or missing components before assembly.
•     Install furniture on-site at customer locations when required.
•     Ensure all assembled items meet quality and safety standards.
•     Communicate with customers professionally and answer basic product questions.
•     Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow safety procedures.
•     Load, unload, and transport furniture components as needed.
•     Document completed work and report issues or damaged items.

Skills & Qualifications
•     Strong mechanical and problem‑solving skills.
•     Ability to read diagrams and follow step‑by‑step instructions.
•     Experience using tools such as drills, screwdrivers, wrenches, and levels.
•     Physical ability to lift and move heavy items (typically 50–75 lbs).
•     Good time management and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
•     Customer‑service oriented with strong communication skills.
•     Prior furniture assembly or handyman experience preferred but not required.

Must Have's
•     Valid driver’s license for mobile assembly services.
•     Experience with IKEA, Wayfair, Amazon, or office furniture systems.
•     Must have your own power tools and hand tools
•     Basic carpentry or repair skills.
