General Laborer – Backpack Sprayer Experience Required

We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer with experience using a 4-gallon backpack sprayer. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and can follow safety procedures with attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a 4-gallon backpack sprayer for application of herbicides, pesticides, or fertilizers
• Follow proper mixing, labeling, and application guidelines
• Perform general labor tasks, including site cleanup, lifting, 
• Maintain equipment and ensure proper cleaning and storage
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards

Qualifications:

• Previous experience using a backpack sprayer is required
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs consistently
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
