Job Title: Construction Laborer
Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $21/hr

Job Overview

Express Employment is seeking hardworking individuals for a Construction Labor position involving petroleum tank installation and site work. This is a physically demanding, outdoor role working year-round.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with replacing and installing petroleum tanks
• Digging and removing materials from the ground
• Lay and remove concrete
• Install footings for canopies

---

Required Skills

• Ability to dig and lift heavy objects
• Able to work up to 10-hour days
• Quick learner who enjoys being on their feet!

---

Preferred Experience

• Any construction experience is a plus
• Pipefitting experience is highly desirable

---

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Comfortable with labor-intensive outdoor work year-round

---

Additional Details

• No education required
• Travel to different job sites required
• Overnight orientation in Minnesota as part of the interview process
• Team-based role (no supervisory responsibilities)
