Construction Laborer

Location: Eau Claire, WI

Pay: $21.00–$24.00/hour (Based on Experience)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–5:00 PM (Typical 10-hour shifts)

We are hiring dependable Construction Laborers for a full-time opportunity in Eau Claire, WI. This position supports commercial petroleum tank installation, excavation, concrete work, and underground utility construction.

Responsibilities

• Assist with petroleum tank installation and replacement
• Perform excavation, digging, grading, and backfilling
• Pour, remove, and finish concrete
• Install footings and assist with site preparation
• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment
• Safely operate hand and power tools
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Follow OSHA and company safety procedures
• Travel to regional job sites as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction, general labor, excavation, concrete, underground utilities, or pipefitting preferred
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more throughout the workday
• Comfortable performing physically demanding work in outdoor environments year-round
• Dependable with excellent attendance and a strong work ethic
• Able to work well independently and as part of a crew
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred

Requirements

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Must pass a background check
• Ability to work 10-hour shifts with overtime as needed
• Willingness to travel to various job sites
• Overnight orientation in Minnesota required during onboarding
