Express Employment Professionals of Bradenton, FL is currently hiring for a Customer Service Rep/HR Assistant for a large Hvac/Plumbing company based in Bradenton, FL

Duties:
- Schedule travel arrangements as needed for team members and the leadership team when needed
- Hospitably provide a remarkable first impression by welcoming all visitors and potential employees while being located at the front desk
- Politely answer and manage very few incoming calls to the main office line, ensuring excellent response time and a customer focused experience
- Professionally serve as a gatekeeper for the leadership team
- Accurately manage incoming and outgoing mail, UPS office shipments, and fax transmittals
- Carefully administer all outgoing mail and UPS shipping for office staff
- Consistently maintain and order office supplies for the Florida location and forms/business cards
- Administratively support Single Family by creating CEQ certificates, ordering gifts, etc.
- Accurately prepare paperwork and materials as needed for orientations, and special training
- Assist with apparel orders and distribution for field employees and keep track of inventory
- Facilitate office employee clothing purchases from Land’s End and customer promo items
- Skillfully assist with the organization of Employee Relations events
Requirements:
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is required
- Clear, effective communications skills – both written and verbal
- Positive people skills, relationship builder, with a focus on customer service
- Aptitude for prioritizing and problem-solving
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft business suite of products
- Preference for accuracy, attention to detail, and organization
- Mastery of entire Microsoft Suite, plus Internet and email
- 3 to 5 years of customer service experience is required
- Comfortable creating travel itineraries; sourcing and scheduling travel
