Drafter - Interior Design (Direct Hire opportunity, 45,000 - 50,000/yr)

 

Exciting full-service renovation and interior design studio creating elevated, highly personalized residential spaces is seeking a Drafter to join their Gainesville team full-time (in-office).

The Drafter will develop detailed drawing sets, cabinetry layouts, and construction documentation that bring project from ideation to completion.

Duties

• Producing floor plans, elevations, and detailed drawing sets
• Develop cabinetry designs with Cyncly Design
• Translate design concepts into buildable documentation
• Supporting multiple projects in a collaborative environment
• Review project plans for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with building codes and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Photoshop, SketchUp and Cyncly Design
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Construction knowledge is preferred
• Cabinetry design experience is preferred

The drafter will work full-time, in-office, Monday - Friday on day shift. Position will start in the 45,000 - 50,000/yr range depending upon experience with paid holidays, PTO, and 401k with matching.
