Your Role

Guest Relations: Welcome all visitors and bidders with warm, professional greetings that create positive first impressions
Phone Management: Handle multi-line phone system, directing calls and providing information with exceptional professionalism
Auction Support: Answer detailed questions about upcoming auctions, consignment processes, and special events
Payment Processing: Handle transactions and maintain accurate financial records
Administrative Tasks: Perform data entry and various office duties to support smooth operations
Logistics Coordination: Assist customers with pickup scheduling, delivery arrangements, and merchandise handling
Facility Maintenance: Keep reception areas organized and manage office supply inventory

What You Bring

Previous receptionist or customer service experience
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational abilities with excellent multitasking skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and database management
Weekend availability for auction events (required)
