Salary: $18-$22/hr.

About the Role:
This is a full-time inside sales position focused on following up with inbound leads from homeowners and business clients who have already requested information about our products. In this role, you’ll connect with interested customers, answer questions, build relationships, and guide them through the sales process over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with inbound leads and maintain consistent phone communication
• Present product information clearly and professionally
• Build rapport with customers and identify their needs
• Ask for the sale and move customers through the buying process
• Maintain accurate records and communicate updates with the sales team
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet sales goals

Requirements:

• Previous phone or inside sales experience preferred
• Comfortable asking for the sale and handling objections
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude with persistence and reliability
• Proficient with computers, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Basic construction knowledge is a plus
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
