We are seeking dedicated NICU Nurses to join our Women & Children’s Hospital team. We have per diem and full‑time opportunities available for nurses who are passionate about delivering exceptional, compassionate care to newborns and supporting families during critical moments.

Job Summary

As a NICU Nurse, you will provide specialized, high‑acuity care to premature and critically ill infants. Your role includes monitoring vital signs, administering medications, collaborating with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams, and supporting families through education and emotional care. This is a meaningful opportunity to make a direct impact on the health and well‑being of Hawaii’s youngest patients.

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Hours per Week: 36 hours, rotating shifts 
• Location: Honolulu, HI

Compensation

• Weekly Gross: $3242
• Taxed Hourly Rate: $25.50/hr
• Per Diem Stipend: $2,324 (based on 36 hrs/week)

• Current State of Hawaii RN License
• Experience: Minimum of 3 year of recent Acute RN experience (within the last 24 months)
• Current CPR/BLS Certification
• Current Two-Step TB/Chest X-Ray Clearance (within 1 year)
• N95 Fit Test
• Proof of vaccinations: MMR, TDAP, Varicella, COVID and FLU
