About the Role: We are hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Apartment Turn Cleaner to support a local property management company in Lewiston, Idaho. This role focuses on rental property turns, preparing apartments and houses for new tenants between move-outs and move-ins. It’s ideal for someone experienced in cleaning, efficient with their time, and comfortable working independently in vacant units.

Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare apartments and houses during tenant turnovers
- Perform detailed cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and living areas
- Remove trash and debris from units and property areas
- Use and transport cleaning equipment and supplies between units
- Ensure units meet make‑ready / move‑in ready standards
- Follow safety and sanitation procedures
- Perform physical tasks including bending, squatting, kneeling, pushing, and pulling
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs as needed

Qualifications & Skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Prior experience with apartment turns, move-out cleaning, or janitorial work preferred
- Reliable, efficient, and able to work independently
- Comfortable in vacant units and changing work locations
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Experience using cleaning tools and supplies is a plus
