Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Some Saturdays required
Pay Rate:
$18.50 per hour + overtime
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced 3PL in Northlake. This role includes operating material handling equipment, preparing shipments, receiving inventory, and general warehouse duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a forklift reach for approximately 15% of the shift
- Pick orders using an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ)
- Wrap, strap, and stage pallets for shipment
- Receive incoming materials and verify accuracy
- Perform put-away of inventory into proper locations
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Follow all safety procedures and warehouse policies
Work Environment
- Non–air-conditioned warehouse
- Large industrial fans are used, but temperatures can be warm during hot weather
- Casual warehouse attire permitted: t-shirts, shorts, and closed-toe shoes
Qualifications
- Prior warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift, push, and pull warehouse materials
- Experience with Electrical pallet jacks and Dock stock/Reach trucks
- Comfortable working in a warm environment
- Dependable and able to work overtime and occasional Saturdays
Physical Requirements
- Standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment
