• Position: Medical Assistant / Medical Receptionist
• Location: Valrico, FL
• Schedule: Part-Time to Full-Time | Monday–Friday
• Pay: $16–$18 per hour
• Pay Frequency: Weekly

Requirements

• Medical Assistant diploma required
• Medical Assistant Certification preferred
• Minimum 1 year of recent pediatric Medical Assistant experience
• Current hands-on BLS certification
• Current TB test
• Reliable, professional, and able to problem-solve

Key Responsibilities

• Take and record vital signs (temperature, weight, height, head circumference for infants)
• Assist providers during well-child visits and sick visits
• Administer vaccines and medications following pediatric schedules
• Perform basic lab tasks such as phlebotomy, urine collection, and rapid tests (strep, flu, RSV)
• Prepare exam rooms and ensure proper sterilization of equipment
• Conduct developmental screenings and document findings

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic setting
