Express Employment Professionals - Littleton is seeking a dependable and customer-focused IT Help Desk Technician to support a dynamic, project-driven environment for our client. This role is responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, supporting end users, and maintaining systems that interface with both traditional IT infrastructure and operational technologies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Respond to help desk tickets, emails, and calls in a timely manner
  • Troubleshoot issues across user devices, applications, and connected systems
  • Set up and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and field equipment
  • Support user access, permissions, and system connectivity
  • Assist with troubleshooting system integrations and networked equipment
  • Document issues, resolutions, and processes within the ticketing system
  • Support system updates, patches, and basic network infrastructure
  • Collaborate with internal teams supporting projects, field operations, and technical systems
  • Escalate complex issues to senior IT or engineering staff when needed

Qualifications

  • Experience in IT support, help desk, or a related role
  • Working knowledge of operating systems, hardware, and business applications
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Exposure to networked systems, field devices, or integrated building/industrial technologies is a plus
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
