Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, including hiring and performance management
• Oversee the design and execution of complex control and automation systems
• Ensure consistency in engineering standards, documentation, and processes
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and project partners to drive results
• Support estimating, scheduling, and project planning efforts
• Monitor team performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and project financials
• Participate in project meetings and occasional site visits
