📦 Warehouse Parts Expeditor

📍 Location: Redmond, OR 💵 Pay: $23/hour 🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

🔧 Position Overview

The Warehouse Parts Expeditor is responsible for coordinating and expediting parts according to established schedules and priorities. This role also provides back‑up support for parts deliveries and the parts counter as needed. You’ll ensure accurate order processing, maintain a clean and safe warehouse, and support efficient parts flow throughout the branch.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📦 Coordinate and expedite parts based on schedule and priority

• 🖥️ Handle all parts requests and process orders using company software

• 🚚 Provide back‑up support for parts delivery and counter operations

• 🧹 Maintain a safe, organized, debris‑free warehouse environment

• 📉 Monitor stock levels and notify purchasing when below standards

• 🏷️ Assemble parts from stock and stage orders on pallets, shelves, or holding areas

• 🔧 Utilize appropriate hand tools to safely open crates and containers

• 📊 Assist with physical inventory counts

• 🗂️ Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or in bins per company procedures

• 🚐 Back‑up delivery driver as needed (sprinter vans or pickups)

• 🗣️ Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills

• ⏱️ Strong time‑management with ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast‑paced environment

• 🪪 Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record

• 🖥️ Ability to operate a computer and learn company software

• 🏗️ Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)

• 💪 Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely
