Part Time Event Manager

Located in Tulsa, OK

Salary: $20-22/hour

Are you passionate about the arts and love making events run seamlessly? We need you! We are currently looking for a reliable and organized Part-Time Event Manager to help bring the operational side of programs and performances to life.

 

Pay: $20-22/hour

 

Hours:

It will depend if it is a day time show or night time show, but you will work each event and that takes around 6-8 hours from start to finish. The schedule for the shows are sent out two weeks prior to future month.

 

What you will do:

- Facilitate ushers, security, concessions, and other departments from setup to wrap-up.

-Ensure staff and vendors are in the right place at the right time. 

-Act as on-site point of person during events, keeping everything running smoothly. 

-Communicate clearly with team members to keep everyone aligned. 

 

What we are looking for:

-Strong organizational and multitasking skills. 

-Excellent communication and leadership abilities. 

-Ability to stay calm, under pressure, and professional in a fast-paced environment. 

-Interest in or passion for the arts is a plus!

-Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends. The times of the show differ.
