Job Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor gluer machines in a production environment
• Ensure products are glued and assembled according to quality standards
• Perform routine machine adjustments and basic troubleshooting
• Inspect finished products for defects and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines

Requirements:

• Previous machine operating experience required (gluer experience preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
