Job Summary:

Express Employment Professionals in Miami Dade South is currently hiring Surveyors for a local company in the Kendall area. The ideal candidate is bilingual, detail-oriented, and experienced in data collection, client communication, and field work. This is a full-time or part-time position with overtime availability, commission potential, and long-term opportunities.

 

Requirements:

• Conduct surveys and collect data accurately in the field; qualify candidates and prospects through structured interviews and assessments
• Effectively communicate findings and results with clients in a professional and courteous manner; maintain strong attention to detail throughout all data collection activities
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions; flexible schedule availability including morning and evening shifts (9 AM–5 PM or 12 PM–8 PM)
• Prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment; meet daily and weekly survey targets and reporting deadlines

 Schedule & Pay:

• Monday to Sunday | Full Time or Part Time | Overtime Available
• Pay: $15.00 per hour + 0.5% commission on any sale | Paid weekly through Express Pros, Miami Dade South, FL
• Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Qualifications:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in surveying, data collection, or a related field required
• Fully bilingual (English/Spanish) required; excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail; ability to collect, record, and analyze data accurately in both field and office settings
• Positive, professional demeanor; ability to build rapport with clients and work independently or as part of a team outdoors
