Position Overview

• Hourly Pay: $25.00–$30.00/hour

• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• Pay Frequency: Weekly

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate brake press machines to bend, form, and fabricate metal components

• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and fabrication drawings

• Perform quality checks using calipers, gauges, and measurement tools to ensure accuracy

• Adjust machine settings, tooling, and back gauges for proper bend angles and tolerances

• Handle raw materials and finished parts safely, maintaining an organized work area

• Assist with general fabrication tasks and support production flow as needed

Qualifications

• Previous brake press or metal fabrication experience required

• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools

• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for the full shift

• Dependable, safety‑focused, and able to work independently or as part of a team
