We are currently seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating heavy machinery, specifically track hoes or loaders. The role will primarily involve operating equipment to assist with various construction projects, including excavation, grading, and site preparation.

Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy equipment, such as track hoes, water truck or loaders, in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Follow project plans and specifications to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate work activities.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on the job site.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a heavy equipment operator, with specific experience operating track hoes or loaders.
• Knowledge of construction principles and practices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
