Salary: $18/hr.

We are seeking dependable individuals to fill multiple Electronic Assembler positions. This role is responsible for assembling electromechanical components and ensuring high-quality production standards are met. Ideal candidates will have experience working with small parts, following detailed instructions, and performing precision assembly.

Schedule: Mon-Fri 7am-330pm

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret drawings, diagrams, work orders, and basic circuit diagrams
• Follow written instructions and established manufacturing processes
• Assemble electronic and electromechanical components such as switches, LEDs, decals, and related parts
• Assemble electrical systems, sub-assemblies, and finished units using hand tools and soldering equipment
• Connect and test units using appropriate testing instruments
• Inspect sub-assemblies and completed products for accuracy and quality
• Package finished products for shipment
• Distribute materials, supplies, and sub-assemblies to designated work areas

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of warehouse and/or assembly experience
• Willing to submit to drug and background screening
• Experience with electronic assembly or soldering preferred
• Ability to read and interpret process sheets, diagrams, and instructions
• Comfortable using hand tools such as screwdrivers, electric drills, and soldering equipment
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, and repetitive hand use
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
