Job Title: Director of Sales
Location: Fargo, ND Type: Full-Time Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 Annually
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize hotel profitability.
• Work with leadership on setting rates/discounts/specials
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients for group business.
• Involvement in local networking groups.
• Maintain customer database and develop contracts.
• Manage departmental budget and monitor sales performance.
Qualifications:
• Understanding of Fargo Market
• Multi-unit and multi-brand experience preferred.
• Hotels sales experience a must.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong initiative and analytical skills.
• Team player with professional integrity.
