As a member of the Customer Excellence Team, you will serve as a post-sale liaison between customers and internal sales and engineering teams to educate, operate, and maintain aviation refueling equipment. This role provides both phone and onsite support, requiring approximately 30% travel, while assisting customers with troubleshooting, diagnostics, maintenance, and warranty repairs on fueling equipment and integrated systems.

Responsibilities
Provide technical and diagnostic support by phone and at customer locations for:
Fueling systems, Fueling system electrical components, CANbus networks, Air valves, Hydraulic valves, Air brakes.
Perform pre-delivery quality control inspections on finished equipment
Conduct classroom-style training for mechanics on maintaining and diagnosing equipment
Assist customers with troubleshooting, maintenance, and warranty repairs
Work closely with engineering and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Travel domestically approximately 30%, with occasional international travel

Qualifications
Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience
Mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills, preferably in an automotive or equipment environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Professional communication skills and customer service demeanor
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to learn new software systems
Interest in continuous learning and adapting to new technologies and processes
Valid driver’s license and passport required
Ability to pass background checks for airport and military site access
Previous experience in manufacturing or technical customer service preferred
