Overview:
Seeking a mechanically inclined Service Technician to support aviation refueling equipment with our customers. This role acts as a post-sale liaison, providing phone and onsite support, troubleshooting issues, and training customers on equipment use and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and diagnostic support (phone & onsite)
• Troubleshoot fueling systems, electrical components, hydraulics, air brakes, and diesel engines
• Perform warranty repairs and maintenance
• Conduct pre-delivery inspections
• Train customer mechanics on system operation and diagnostics

Requirements:

• Mechanical experience (automotive or similar preferred)
• Electrical and diagnostic troubleshooting skills
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Professional communication skills
• Ability to travel ~30% (some international)
• Valid driver’s license & passport
• Ability to pass airport/military background checks
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
