Apartment Maintenance Technician (Full-Time) – Weekly Pay + Overtime

A local apartment complex is seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician / Apartment Maintenance Worker to join our team. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position (40 hours per week) with additional after-hours/on-call responsibilities.

?? Pay: $720 per week plus overtime (OT)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general apartment maintenance and repairs
• Complete painting and drywall repairs
• Handle minor electrical work
• Perform minor plumbing repairs
• Respond to after-hours maintenance calls as needed

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable personal vehicle
• Experience in maintenance, handyman work, or property maintenance preferred
• Ability to handle basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 40 hours per week
• Includes on-call / after-hours work
