Inside Sales / Estimator $50-75K

Growing business in Avon is looking to add an Inside Sales / Estimator to their team!

Pay rate: $50-75K, depending on industry experience *which is a must*
Schedule: In office, Mon-Fri, 8:00am-4:30pm

Our client is a company specializing in manufacturing architectural building products. They pride themselves on delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service to all clients.
This role is responsible for preparing accurate project estimates, supporting customers throughout the sales process, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for glass and glazing projects
• Review architectural drawings, specifications, and bid documents
• Respond to inbound sales inquiries and provide product recommendations
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, architects, and clients
• Follow up on quotes and convert opportunities into sales
• Coordinate with project managers and operations teams on awarded jobs
• Maintain organized records of bids, estimates, and customer communications
• Assist with order entry and tracking as needed
Qualifications
• Experience in glass & glazing industry (strongly desired)
• Previous experience in estimating, inside sales, or construction-related roles
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of commercial construction processes
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
