Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking reliable and hardworking candidates for General Production openings in Forest Lake, MN. Pay & Schedule

• Hourly Pay: $18.50/hour

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• Pay Frequency: Weekly

• Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities

• Operate basic production equipment and hand tools to assemble, process, or finish products

• Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications and production standards

• Load, unload, and stage materials for production lines

• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures

• Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing finished products for shipment

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required

• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and stand for the full shift

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Reliable attendance and a positive, team‑oriented attitude

• Willingness to learn new tasks and cross‑train as needed
