Pay & Schedule
• $18.00 per hour
• Part-time: 2 days per week, 4-hour shifts

What You’ll Be Doing
• Prepare and cook caramel batches following set recipes
• Monitor temperatures to ensure quality and consistency
• Stir, mix, and handle ingredients during production
• Assist with food production, kitchen prep, and cleanup
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Follow all food safety and manufacturing guidelines

What We’re Looking For
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable with a consistent weekly schedule
• Ability to stand for the full shift
• Able to lift 25–30 lbs as needed
• Comfortable working in a warm kitchen/production environment
• Experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or assembly is a plus
