Nestled in the heart of Wine Country, the restaurant pairs locally sourced cuisine with world-class wines. We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking Dishwasher to support our culinary team and help maintain the high standards our guests expect.

Position: Dishwasher 
Location: Wine Country (Napa / Sonoma region)
Schedule: Weekends and evenings required

What You’ll Do
• Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dish machines and hand-washing as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of dish station, sinks, floors, and surrounding kitchen areas
• Remove trash and recycling; keep waste areas clean and organized
• Assist with basic food prep and kitchen tasks during peak hours
• Restock clean dishes and kitchen tools to ensure smooth service
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Support cooks and kitchen staff as needed

 

What We’re Looking For
• Strong work ethic and ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods
• Prior kitchen experience is a plus but not required
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
