Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking energetic, customer‑focused candidates for Sales Associate openings in Mounds View, MN. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping customers find the right products, thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment, and are motivated by providing excellent service.

 

Pay & Schedule

  • Hourly Pay: $20.00/hour

  • Schedule:

    • 3 days/week: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

    • 2 days/week: 11:00 AM–7:00 PM

    • Every Other Saturday Required

  • Pay Frequency: Weekly

  • Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

  • Location: Mounds View, MN

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers, assess their needs, and guide them through product options

  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations on features, pricing, warranties, and product benefits

  • Maintain a clean, organized showroom and ensure displays are customer‑ready

  • Process sales transactions, financing paperwork, and customer orders accurately

  • Assist with inventory tasks including stocking, tagging, and product movement

  • Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale

 

Qualifications

  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred

  • Strong communication and people skills

  • Ability to learn product features and explain them clearly to customers

  • Comfortable working on your feet and performing light physical tasks

  • Dependable, professional, and motivated to help customers
