Responsibilities

• Build and repair wooden pallets using hand and power tools
• Operate nail guns, hammers, and saws safely and efficiently
• Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Sort, stack, and organize pallet materials
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace in a dusty manufacturing environment

Skills & Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and perform physically demanding, repetitive tasks
• 6+ months of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Experience using nail guns required
• Comfortable working in a dusty environment
• Steel-toed boots required
• Construction, concrete/masonry, roofing, or similar hands-on experience is a plus
• Spanish and English speakers are encouraged to apply
