Express Employment Professionals are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Production & Inventory Control Coordinator to support daily operations across inventory management, production scheduling, logistics, and customer order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities

• Use RF scanners and inventory control systems to track raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.

• Support production scheduling and planning to ensure efficient workflow and on‑time order fulfillment.

• Understand material flow from raw materials to WIP and finished goods, ensuring accurate movement and documentation.

• Assign customer order ship dates and ensure all orders are processed daily according to the production schedule.

• Coordinate and oversee customer order loading, shipping, and logistics activities.

• Read and interpret sales orders, production schedules, shipping documents, and related operational paperwork.

• Perform light accounting tasks as needed, including basic reconciliations and data entry.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and support cycle counts or audits.

• Communicate with internal teams, customers, and logistics partners to resolve issues and maintain smooth operations.

• Periodically run errands to support operational needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong mathematical skills and comfort working with numbers.

• Experience with RF scanning and inventory control systems.

• Familiarity with accounting, logistics, customer service, and SAP (or similar ERP systems).

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.

• Experience in production, warehouse, or manufacturing environments.
