Production Worker – Cheese Manufacturing | Holmen, WI

Express Employment of La Crosse, WI has partnered with a leading cheese manufacturing facility in Holmen, WI! We’re seeking hardworking and reliable associates for full-time, long-term opportunities in production.

Wage & Hours

1st Shift: Mon-Thurs, 5:45am – 4:00pm | $18/hour

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment (training provided)
• Mix ingredients according to customer specifications
• Package products and palletize
• Rotate breaks to maintain smooth production flow
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Perform general housekeeping tasks

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to sit, stand, twist, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 40 lbs throughout shift
• Comfortable climbing/moving on ladders, steps, stairways, walkways, and platforms
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow written/verbal instructions
• Previous experience is a plus but not required
