Pay: $24–27/hour DOE
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 5:00pm
Location: Texarkana, AR

Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and experienced Shipping Manager to oversee daily shipping operations in a fast-paced, climate-controlled environment. This individual will be responsible for coordinating shipments, managing staff, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all outbound logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all shipping activities, including scheduling and dispatching outbound shipments
• Lead, train, and manage shipping personnel to ensure productivity and accountability
• Verify accuracy of orders, shipping documents, and inventory prior to shipment
• Coordinate with production, inventory, and customer service teams to meet deadlines
• Maintain shipping logs, records, and reports for tracking and compliance purposes
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and shipping procedures
• Troubleshoot shipping issues and implement process improvements
• Oversee loading/unloading of materials and ensure proper handling of goods
• Monitor inventory levels related to shipping supplies and coordinate reorders as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse management required
• Prior supervisory or management experience preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Experience with shipping software, inventory systems, and general computer use
• Knowledge of freight, LTL, and parcel shipping processes
• Ability to lead a team and work in a fast-paced environment
• Forklift experience is a plus
