We are seeking dedicated Heavy General Labourers to join our manufacturing and fabrication team. This role involves performing a variety of physically demanding tasks to support the production process, including material handling, equipment operation, and basic assembly. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an opportunity to develop technical skills and gain valuable experience in manufacturing operations.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Full time Rotational

Days: 7am to 3pm, Afternoon: 3pm to 11pm, Night: 11pm to 7am (One-week rotations)

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ALL SHIFTS AND COMMIT TO ROTATION.

Pay Rate: $18/hour - $20/hour

Duties

• Assemble and Pack products with Packaging Machine accurately as per the specifications.
• Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
• Perform general site clean-up and maintenance to ensure a safe working environment.
• Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and work collaboratively with team members.
• Maintain an organized workspace and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
• Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge related to the job.

Skills

• Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with construction or manufacturing environments is a plus.
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.
• Strong physical stamina and capability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check**
• Must have full G-class drivers license and a clean driving abstract
