Position Overview:
A leading, nationwide distributor of building materials is seeking reliable and experienced Forklift Operators to join their warehouse team. This company supplies a wide range of products including lumber, plywood, engineered wood, siding, and other construction materials to contractors and retailers across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate sit-down forklift to move, load, and unload building materials
• Pull and stage orders accurately for shipment
• Load trucks safely and efficiently, ensuring proper weight distribution
• Perform routine equipment inspections and follow safety procedures
• Assist with inventory control and general warehouse duties
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Previous forklift experience required (sit-down preferred)
• Experience handling lumber or heavy building materials is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs consistently
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Steel toe boots required
