Warehouse Palletizer – Full-Time, 1st Shift

Location: Onalaska, WI
Wage: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Express Employment has partnered with a local company looking for hardworking individuals to join their warehouse team. These are full-time, long-term positions with excellent benefits available upon hire!

Responsibilities:

• Operate filling/dumping machines
• Fill large bags with seed products
• Seal bags using hand sealer or heat/glue methods
• Label and palletize bags
• Assist team members as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work area while following all PPE requirements and company policies
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to stand, twist, bend, reach, push, pull, and lift 50–60 lbs throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a team environment and following directions from leads
• Previous experience in a heavy industrial or labor setting preferred
