General Laborer - Production

Located in Tyler, TX

Salary: $20/hr

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a General Labor – Production to join a local company in Tyler, TX! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas who have openings they are looking to fill with great talent we find for them!

Key Responsibilities:

• Spot check and touch up pipes coming out of the epoxy machine

• Move pipes between racks and work areas

• Perform general labor tasks in a production setting

• Maintain quality standards with strong attention to detail

• Assist with grinding and other production duties as needed

Requirements:

• Ability to perform heavy physical labor (this is a VERY physically demanding role)

• Comfortable working in hot conditions as temperatures will increase

• Strong work ethic and excellent attendance required

• Ability to follow instructions and maintain safety standards

• Must pass an in-office drug screen (UA) and background check

Preferred (Not Required):

• Forklift experience

• Grinding experience

• Previous experience in heavy industrial or production environments

This position requires individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of handling physically demanding work daily. Candidates must be prepared for a high-temperature work environment and consistent heavy lifting.
